Modeled after the first bags women carried in the 18th century, these “portable pockets” (known as Reticules) were typically drawstring and designed to complement your look.

Made of a moss green cord stretch fabric and hand-beaded “moss” patterns on the front, this bag measures 6x8” with 4 drawstrings. Tie 2 together to form a handle for easy carrying. Fully lined and one-of-a-kind.

Moss has always represented time passing to me. It spreads by wind moving spores through the air, and requires water in the shade. I used time and death as my pillars for this collection, and this piece was the first one I sat down to write about and sketch.
