Returns
We want everyone to be happy with their purchase. If your item(s) aren’t suitable you may return any new, unused item(s) in it’s original condition (with all tags still attached) within 7 days of receiving your delivery. Refunds are processed back to the same card/method used to purchase (cash returns no accepted).
The cost of shipping is the responsibility of the customer. A tracking number must be supplied in order to be eligible for a return.
Item must be returned with all tags still attached and in the original packaging. A return will not be accepted without these under any circumstance.
Sale items are non-refundable and can only be returned for store credit.
To start a return, please email katiepritcharddesigns@gmail.com. Please allow 10 business days after we receive your item to process the return. From there, an additional 10 days may be required for you to receive payment back to your original card/purchase format.
Exchanges
Exchanges are not offered at this time due to the limited nature of the items. Please return your item(s) first for a refund, then place a new order for the item you wish.
Pre-Order Cancellations: KPDxSBM Collection
Please note that because of the pre-sale process with this collection, cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of when the order is placed. You can email our team at katiepritcharddesigns@gmail.com with the subject “Cancellation” and a team member will assist you.
